MEMBERSHIP TO THE COUNCIL:
Membership of council shall be open to shipper who is known to be person or entity that enters or demonstrates and intention to enter a contractual or other arrangement with a carrier/shipping line/airline for the shipment of goods in which he/she has a beneficial interest.
The following shall qualify to be member(s) of the Association: –
1) Be an individual or company legally operating in South Sudan.
a) Importer
b) Exporter
2) Be an individual, company or NGOs actively involved in the supply and logistic chain,
a) Transporter Services
b) Warehouse Services
c) Handling Services
3) Be a member of Clearing and Forwarding Agent and Manufactures association
